About this lease
Studio on the second floor above the courtyard, so it is quieter than the street side. Fits a full bed and a desk with room to walk around, which is more than most studios near campus manage. Everything in the photos is mine and can stay or go. I am studying abroad in Seville for the spring term and back in August.
