About this lease

Two bed two bath, top floor, with a balcony that gets the evening sun. I use the second bedroom as an office but it fits a queen. Fifteen minutes on foot or four on a bike, and there is a grocery two blocks down. I am graduating in May and starting work in Denver, so I need someone from mid May through to the end of the lease in August.
